When I was six years old, I had a playground accident that required several stitches. As the doctor was suturing me up, I was in awe of his magical ability, as I felt no pain. At that moment, I knew I wanted to become a doctor, and have followed that dream ever since. I treat my patients/families the same as I would expect to be treated-with the utmost respect, guidance and medical care that I can provide. I am an advocate to help navigate each patient through the quagmire that we call "Health Care". I provide holistic medical care, treating the body, mind and spiritual side of my patients. My special interests are in osteopathic manipulation, hospice care and hypnosis. I am also one of the first Family Physicians in the state of Maine to perform colonoscopies. I am currently involved with the York County Community Hebrew School where I am Co-principal and teacher. For relaxation, I enjoy downhill skiing, tennis, golf, vegetable gardening and reading.
