Specialty: Family Medicine
I graduated from Towson State University in 1988 and received my medical degree in 1994 from University of Maryland, School of Medicine. I completed my Family Practice Residency at Medical Center of Delaware in 1997. My practice includes pediatrics, adolescent and adult medicine. After residency, I had a practice in Delaware for eight years. Professionally, I enjoy taking care of multiple generations within a family. I also see my role in primary care as an opportunity to teach patients to manage their chronic illnesses and not to allow the disease to manage them. I decided to move to Maine because I wanted to work with a group of doctors that were committed to practicing patient-centered care. I love the beauty of the coast and look forward to exploring the wealth of outdoor activities the area has to offer.
